I agree with srx7.....you need to start from scratch meaning back to stock and run it...after doing so you can run the sled and find out what is wrong. some mods work and some don't....either that or sell it and buy a non molested one. I'll back up srx7 on beating a 900 cat cause I've taken them down too with my 00 srx.

Nor, if you pick up the back of your sled how far does your track hang ? Mine hangs about 3/4 of an inch. Meaning the top of the drive knobs are at the bottom of the slides if you look at it level (Bending down).
I wound up the secondary from 60 to 80 degrees. Now that should give me even lousier performance right? But the acc. seemed pretty much the same. It just struck me while accing and spinnin, TRANSFER rods. I had that on my old 600 and it would lift the skis skyhigh if adjusted so. SRX 7, the track is kind of heavy to turn around, probably mening heavy track and/or tight track.. BUT my sled will still not beat any 900 cats or anything like that. I'll be quite happy if it will beat a new 600..

When I lift up my sled the track flops down about an 1" from the slide rails.Metal clip to bottom of slide rail.

Norwegian, these are complex units. I have had 4 of them and have no problems except for electrical and power valve cables. I have had Turks heel clickers’ setup and I have had stock with a 5g bolt on the end of the arm. I have had a stock can and a power Inc can. Please put the sled back to stock and read this thread and you will find your answer.
