Can anyone tell me the correct stock primary weights that are in the 99 Srx 700? How am I able to tell?

Stock spec charts
You should be able to see the markings by removing the belt and primary clutch cover (6 bolts) then sliding the moving sheave towards the motor. The weight should swing out enough to read the part number.
