This is the last time I will post a picture of this sled. It was stolen along with an new Apex and a Skidoo Rev and an enclosed trailer last Friday night. At this point I don't care if I get the sled back, but I sure would like to know who took it. Watch your sleds guys. I didn't think this could ever happen to me.

Thats too bad man, my sympathies for sure. Ill keep an eye out for an enclosed trailer with sask plates. Any particular markings on the trailer?

Reason I say this is cuz im right on the trans canada highway and you see alot of vehicles from out west come this way.

Also, if I had my sled stolen and caught whoever stole it, (as bad as this sounds), I would probabally beat the living Sh@#@ out of them and be mercifuless. I take great pride in the things that I own and no one comes between me and my sled. Had one kid take off on my sled as a joke on a lake ice fishing and he kept driving round me, so I cudnt catch him, well I ended up closelining him off my sled. He now no longer comes fishing with us, and for good reason.

Some people have no pride. I honestly don't know what else to say, I work hard for the things i have, and if i had it stolen from under me, I'd go nuts... bounty hunter style.

Holy $shit.

There one thing i dont understand is people out there that would take something from someone that they worked for out of their hard earned money, thats invasion of peoples property.
It wouldnt be as bad if they took it from the dealerships because it would be just a rite off for them.

its to bad that had to happen to u.
My biggest sympathies are for you.personaly if that was my sled, I WOULD find the person who did it and i would cut their frikin head off and $shit down their neck, give them a beatin off their life and run them over with the sled.

maybe im over reacting but man nothing comes between me and my girlfriend
me and my sled
me and my future
Us here on ty we'll all keep out our 9864 eyes out for u

best of luck

I practicly keep my sled under my bed

jamie

I would seriously cry if something like that happened to me. That sled looks modded like crazy man, all that money gone. I just dont understand people.

Get a list together with any parts with markings and anything and everything done on it. With this many people on TY if it is ever parted someone should notice.
Hopefully. Our prayers are with you in this dark time.

Sorry to hear this. I do understand how you feel. Last year right after I had my motor rebuilt I left to run an errund and when I came home my sled was not were I left it. Some neighborhood punks came right into my yard and stole it while i was gone. Police were useless, once i found out they were going to give up I went ace ventura on there *** and did some p.i. work. Word of mouth got around and within 24 hours my sled was back in the garage where it belonged. As for a good *** kickin I couldnt afford to go that route. Im 25 and a rugged 230, these shit heads were 16 and 17 years old and maybe 140 160 soaking wet. The kid that rode my sled away is in the YOuth center untill he is 21! Ha Ha! I did almost kick his *** anyway though. This summer I was driving by his house and he was outside. I couldnt keep on driving, I stopped the truck in the middle of the road and walked into his yard. I yelled for him to come out and meet me but he just stood their with a retarded look on his face then he went inside. Twenty min later cops showed up at my house and warned me that if I threatened him again I would be charged with criminal threatening. But the cops were really cool, they new it was a matter of time before they would lock this prick up for a long time and thankfully they did. Karma can be a bitch. DOnt be afraid to ask questions. I did all the leg work and made the case for the Po Po. If you dont stay on them they wont give a shit. Good luck and stay positive!

Ah redemtion!!!!It's good that you had restraint not to do something you obviously would have wound up in jail for.We have a couple of families like that around here, just a bunch of lowlifes that steal whatever isnt nailed down, poach game, jack game you name it.The hell of it is the people around here know they do it but apparently the RCMP cant touch them or these sacks of crap would be gone.

As for the stolen trailer and sleds I feel for you man thats enough to make you want to go ballistic.I highly doubt it'll make it to NB but we'll surely be keeping an eye out for ya.Not too many Sask plated trailers roll through here so it ought to stick out.

Sounds to me like the people/person who stole it was either familiar with you and the sleds that you have in the trailer, or someone while you were loading/unloading saw you and all the sleds inside and decided to grab the whole trailer. I have found that most of the time, this stuff is not really random. The theives either know what you have and know you personally, or have seen you with the item, watched where you store it. I sure hope that with all those aftermarket parts, you may be able to catch the b@st@rd trying to sell in one shape or another. Good Luck

that should stick out if it ever comes through here sorry bout what happened i would cry if someone stole my sled

I hate to say it but if every thief got a huge shit kicking everytime they stole something it would happen a lot less..The cops hands are tied most of the time and the courts usually just slap them on the rist.. they need a good beating so the next time they think about stealing a sled they know it's gonna HURT BIG TIME!!!!!!

Sorry about what happend! My ? is to help other people like me! If you knew then what you know now what could you have done to help prevent this or what will you do in the future? I am heading to the Gaylord area soon & I read this stuff & realy do not know the best things to do! Vipertom from this site gave me a name of some cabins & it looks like they have garages, To me the extra $ for that cabin is a nobrainer.

I have a friend who lost 4 sleds in an enclosed trailer hooked to a new dodge one ton, he pulled up to his shop, walked in the man door to hit the opener and it was gone. he lucked out as they found his rig stuck in the snow and only one sled gone. I lost a dirt bike and the dirtbag that grabbed it tried to sell it to a family friend (karma again) at the court hearing the judge got a sore throat reading the rap sheet....he got some comunity service and restitution, which we never saw. the thing that pisses me off more then anything is everything I have I worked hard for or in a couple cases lucked out and scored a deal, but regardless I have to work hard to replace. good luck!!!!!!!

I dont want to come off wrong here, because thats not what I am trying to do.But didnt you have a hitch lock on or something?I always put my hitch down and lock it so it cant be put on a ball...How are these thieves getting these trailers.I want to know so i can , at the very least , help to protect my own investment.I totally feel for your loss and if i see anything here in south sask that isnt familiar, i will be sure to post.
