there 426 4 stroke dirt bike motor was a real strong runner. It sounds like it has a narrow aggressive track. Skinny looking atv seat and probably a 38 or 40 inch ski stance. The 660 raptor motor is no slouch either. i wonder if they will stick with twin exhaust or 2 into 1 with a rear exit.
I posted my 'pipe dream' on the 4stroke forum. Here it is:

deffiantly looks like an IQ style body, you can tell that there isnt much hood there in the front. the front suspenison looks to be redesigned for more travel too. should be exciting.

Add some skis and a track and here's your new sled.![]()

At HayDays 2 or 3 years ago, there were drawings of concept sleds inside the Yamaha trailer and people were asked to vote on which designs they liked the best. The sleds did look somewhat like ATV's or on the order of a SnoSport. This would be taking the REV concept one step further. I wonder if those pictures are available anywhere? Does anyone remember more about them?

this weekemd in the black hills a guy was talking about this sled and said it will be the lightest 600cc class sled ever produced by anyone, yamaha wants to prove a point, he also said wait until you see it, it rocks.

I have to hand it to Yamaha for sticking with this 4 stroke technology - two years ago I was on the edge of jumping ship - now it is more exciting than ever and looks like it is going to just keep getting better - can you say #1?
