I just bought my first sled, a 2002 SRX 700. I was up in the UP a few weekends ago and I think I need to tweek it a little. First, I am a big guy, and I think I need to do something with the suspension, is there something I can do to get more travel out of the suspension? Second, it seemed to dart pretty badly, how can I fix this? I don't really know too much about snowmobiles, so any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Welcome to the site.
The SRX is a lake racer with short travel suspension. You can long travel the machine by changing the shock to Viper or SXR shocks and replace limiter straps as well. As for the darting there is great information on the tech page.
If you go to the home page and click technical pages you will find the cures for darting. There is a shim that can be added to rduce darting with information on proper alignment and carbides.

Increasing the preload on rear suspension will help. As for darting...measure between the carbides on the skis and shoot for a 1/4" more at the front than the back.

Re:
How much would that suspension run me? Would that suspension be comparable to an M10?
