Do I have to get spare keys from yammaha or do some locksmiths carry the blanks my local one did not have them

I think there is a number staped on the key you can take to your dealer

I tried Ace and Home Depot; neither one could help me. I ended up at a Yamaha dealer. In the end, it was easier that way, but probably a little more expensive.

I do not know why! I just took it in they matched it up & it is in the sled now the YAMAHA key stays in a safe spot!
