gpx keihin carb trouble

I just rebulit a set a of carbs for my gpx,and one carb keeps leaking gas out of the accelerator pump.i changed the bottom thinking it was warped and the same thing,it's not the fuel level ,i set it to the specs in the manual.any ideas.mikuni's aren't a option this late in the year. thanks

Check the following:

- inlet control valve adjustment (adjust the edge of the lever to 0.3mm higher position from the standard surface), ...ensure spring is in correct position and not deformed.

- check main diaphram installation (poor seating)

- regulator internal pressure too high (reduce pressure)

thanks,i checked the rubber o ring on the main adjuster and those were good.i'll recheck everything again tonite
