sucks you are having so many problems! that the same sled you had when I met you at pittsburg motorsports? with like 10k miles?? nice sled, looked good then, better now! any snow up north? dying to know where you are trying this!! good luck with the sled!
Yup, same sled. There is about 6" on the lake I live on in Webster NH. Just been putting around there. I'm heading up tomorrow however to camp. I'm going to bring the Warrior. SXR, and the SRX just in case I need some backups.

let me know how the snow is! I just ordered some blue and silve simmons from vince, out of stock but should have them next friday. hope to get up there soon and ride one way or another! weather sucks!

I had a similiar problem with a viper that I put a 144 on. The problem turned out to be binding the track due to geometry changes. What was happening was as the suspension would compress it was trying to stretch the track, ie. the suspension was getting longer. try putting a block under track and check the track tension with you on the sled. I was also getting only about 2-3" of travel. I had put a big wheel extension on it, and it just didn't work. I ended up putting a mountain suspension in it (new rails, h-arm, etc.) Works great now, but it really had me going for a while. Hope this helps.
