hi!! what can cause lost of speed, excluding clutch and powervalve??? My sled need a long run to reach 160kmh and that's it.. This sled was running faster than that... everything seems to be ok!!!

nothing has changed except that i have a new sliding sheave on the primary.. last time he was running fine was at my last ride last spring... THe sled was on the yammy dealer before the season for a checkup.. its just my fourth ride this year.. Maybe engine compression?!?

hey have you checked your stator? mine vipers stator failed out of the blue, the dealer dint have an answer on why but they put a new one in and she ran fine.... the problem was kinda like yours no top end. not a strong/pure enough spark for top end... my headlight would dime too especially when i hit the breaks....
