I'm gonna keep my SRX and Vmax-4, and really thinking of getting that phazer. Look's pretty cool and it's a good sled for my little guy! ;)!
 
I was hoping for a HO Apex, or atleast the 3 cyl 120 in the phazer body.

But since I'm not going to get the HO Apex I was hoping for I might keep the Viper and get the Phazer Mountain Lite!

I'ts light, good on gas, cheap, push button reverse and electric start, and looks like a blast to ride. I can't believe I'm saying this, I guess the old school says of high horsepower lake racing is fading away. Everything is going sno-x/ditch banging, I'm even finding myself less drawn to the drag races and more drawn to friggin around in the back country. So this sled might be perfect for me, still could use a tad more HP though.

If I buy this 07 and Yamaha up's the HP for 08 I'm gonna be rotted. lol

Let's hope the aftermarket will suply us with a blower, I bet it would be crazy force fed.

I think the Mountain Phazer looks mean. And probably a blast when turboed!!!!!!!!!! Lets hope they can and the little sled can take it.
 
Neil, Your right.. I was expecting a Little More From yamaha in the 07 how Every one Was talking. is it Just going to be the Phazer?? Chassis Like the phazher but with different engines?? or is it just the phazer with 80 hp and different tracks? I was thinking same chassis, but different engines.. well im sticking with my viper for a while... and yes you have a good point there too. Racing Does seem like its fading out. well ill just keep the viper for racing and Mountain climbing anywyas, and think about another sled down the road...

Man what more do you want, they've brought out new sleds and engines every year since '02. :WayCool:
 
AJ, looks like you might have a bit of competition in the back country next year, your 200+HP Viper Mountain vs. my 80HP Phazer Mountain lol ;)

Maybe I'm getting old but a "gas n' go, no smoke, ride all day" sled is already starting to appeal to me!
