Piston diagnosis Chart Wanted

I seen the pistons shown on the main TY page but it don't show what my piston looks like and im looking for info on why it melted the exaust side to the ring causing it to lose compression. I know yamaha delaers had a large chart with 16 pics of blown pistons on there, is that online?

Thanks........However that is the exact same info poste on the Tech page here in Totall Yamaha, my pistons dont' look like either one of those. Mine are melted on the exhaust side only....

That looks familiar mine just did that, she leaned out, so i would check that out. (i have also heard that the reason they burn out on ex. side is from it getting too hot, possibly bad water flow, or clogged carbs ect...

Thanks, getting hot from runing lean, not coolant hot, my carbs are clean and brand new, IM gonna try going up a size on the main jets and retard the timing, and get higher 114 octane fuel, will try that...
