I found this article while searching over revving.

The way I read it, they are saying that the 600's produce the same HP when they are "over revving" even up to 9800 rpm!! Leads me to believe us 600 owners may be throwing good money out the window and waisting time when buying different fly weights and rivets?

that's not really a good thing, it's a sign of a terribly designed pipe.

My sled slowed up dramatically at anything past 8800rpm (over reved to 8900rpm after breakin) 8400-8600 seems to be the sweet spot.

10k Rpm
