Last weekend went riding everything was working fine until I had a hose clamp bust and lost a lot of coolant - after this we bled the system a couple of times through the 10mm bleed bolt on top of the cylinder head. After a couple of times of going 1/4 mile between overheat then bleed again my sec clutch froze up. It looked to be engaged all the time and would not open up and spring back into idle position. I think some of the antifreeze must have gotten on the shaft and slides on the clutch and made them sticky when they got hot. What should I use to clean the slides and shaft and what should I use to lube them up? Is there anywhere else that I should lube or check.

If you mean that your secondary stuck open. Just remove it, break it down and clean your sliding parts with dish liquid and HOT water. Rinse it well and put it back together. Do not lube anything. For a details on how to remove your secondary check the tech pages.( If you're not familiar with it.)
