I am trying to take a set from my SRX and make them work on my 97 SX. I have some questions about the size of the washers.
Does someone know the size of the black washers that they give you in the kit?
Does someone know the size of the stock washers that go on the end of the rods?
Once completely installed and bolts tightened how big is the gap at the top of the rod where it meets the adjuster?
Thanks,

use the smallest washer you can at the top gap, you can always adjust it more closed if needed, but it is hard to adjust it open far enough with a large washer. For the rear, lift the rear of the sled on a stand and removethe lower bolts, see the small amount that the rod sticks though on the bottom? Good, now use a washer just big enough to cover that gap and a little bit extra, like 1/32 of an inch. Then you have max adjustability and suspension travel.
