If you have a Simons CPR 780, Jeff should be able to answer any questions. There are lots of guys on here that run CPR 780's and are very happy with them. My SRX has been trail ported, stock heads, stock pistons with lite wieght pins, V-force reeds, air box mod(empty out with extra slot cut in the top), Tempa-flow, stock carbs pto153.8-center152.5-mag152.5,fuel srew 1 1/2 turns. I clean the powervalves every 1000 kl.
Clutching, Bender orange prim. spring with 8mm shim, 14.5 rollers, stock weights 8DN00 with 4.5 rivet in both holes (8500rpm), Roller-rooster secondary 47-43 helix, green spring 70 degree's. Both clutches are blown out after each ride and taken apart at least once over the season for a thorough cleaning. 8DN drive belt(stock), stock gearing. This is the second winter for my Kimpex Ultimate Traxtion 1 inch staggered lug track with 144,1.08 studs. I am very impressed with this track after all i heard about them being junk. Adjustable control rods and a extra set of small idler wheels at the front bend of the rails. I have a Bender can but i've been running the stock one because of the "noise police". I pop the seals of the jackshaft & drive axle bearings and add grease at the beginning and at the end of the season. The whole sled gets greased after every ride. You have to work at keeping the sled fast once you get it dialed in. I hope some of this helps.
