How can i tell if i have chrome bore or Nickasil cylinders?

I bought these cylinders as is, they were done at adrian bernard, i just need to know what was done to them, as they do all three coatings and no-one seems to know. I need to know what ring to buy to use with whatever coating it is.

Is there not any numbers stamped on the cylinders? usually when you send cylinders to be replated, they stamp them and this identifies whats been done and to what specs, for instance if a guy buys one of my big bore engines and needs to get a cylinder redone, he simply sends it back to milenium and they know exactly what bore, what finish and to the exact specs I gave them when they were done the first time, and they dont need to call me and ask.

I would simply check and then call where ever you got them from and ask.

PZ1: because on a srx440 when its std bore you can only get rings for use with chrome bore, they have to be bored oversize or sleeved to use the rings for nikasil or cast iron sleeves.
