Contol Rod Length: 98-99 vs. 00-02

Does anyone know the difference in length between the 98-99 and 00-02 SRX control rods? I know the 00-02 where shorter because they are mounted further forward on the rails to help with weight transfer. I long travelled my sled with viper rear shocks and now want to relocate my transfer rod mounting location. I need to know the required length of the rods with the new location.

i belive if you long traveled your sled you use same mounting as before on 98-99 mod with the long transfre rods. thas what me and my friend has on our srx s..

Currently I have the sled long-traveled with a spacer of 7.5mm to increase the transfer rod length. They are mounted in the stock 98-99 location. Want I want to do is relocate the mounting position to where they are in 2000-2002. I need to know the stock length of the transfer rods from 2000-2002. I know they are shorter but I don't know by how much. Thanks again.

98-99 was 310.5mm ,00-02 were 262.5 as per the 2001 yamaha suspension tuning manual. hope this helps.

Also the distance from the center of the mounting hole to the welded stop changes between the 3 different rods.
