Headlight covers????

is it just me.

is there different size headlight or headlight cover for the viper, mine seems like they dont fit right like there to small and then i see pictures of other covers and it looks like they fit like a glove.

I know what you mean, and its uncanny you mentioned this because I thought I was just crazy. Like the one on my sled doesnt fit or cover everything and sticks out quite bit, unlike the pics you see where its 100% perfect and more or less looks liek a film on the headlight.

Yours looks preety good in your pic though!

Also, anyone know how some 4stroke yams have this light blue tint to theit lights, and its more then just a colored bulb, its when theyre not running and it looks like a very light light cover.

i bought a bulb from ebay and it tints my light blue even if its off i also have a blue cover on my srx and it dont seem to fit right

the bulbs they sell are amazingly bright and when off they have that same blue tint. all in the bulb if you do get those lights, go for an led tail at the same time, things wont brown out when you hit the brakes

Yup. I have those in my Vector and Viper - blue tint even when the sled is not running. And they are bright. I opted for the 100 watt high/beam 55 watt low beam.

Whoa chill, I guess common sense will tell ya that not all light covers are gonna be the exact same in size.

what kind are yours? i believe mine are sportechs and they fit fine

my sportechs fit decent, but it doesnt cover like the ones cat sells for the firecat. there are some manufacturing differences, so some fit better than others, and it might depend on how good the person is that lined it up when originally installing. hope that helps

Thats when I stop and put the sheilds in my coat cuz its too dark out.

Looks kinda cool at night though, with all the blue, even makes the yellow signs blue, or slightly green, lol, its really messed up.
