went through carbs, twice-pilots, needles, mains, float height, needle and seat, also pretty much rest of sled-power valves, clutch alignment, whole top end.
question-if jets are plugged or dirty, won't the result be the opposite of what it's doing, wouldn't it run lean? blockage=lean condition?
i think its just an incorrect setting, just not exactly sure what circuit controls idle to 4000 r's.
