My home town is Renfrew we always go up there from Constance Bay, In fact i was in Renfrew last weekend and 2 weeks before that we did the Calabogie poker run. ( What a blast the trails were awsome it cost 15 bucks to enter and it included a Steak dinner can't beat that) Usally we will take off from Constance bay head to Arnprior then Renfrew Calibogie, White Lake, Burnstown ( This trail is on a Powerline which is the best around, big Woops to get the sled in the air at 40 50 MPH ) The next time your heading that way let me know and we will hook up.

i found that mine would do that after aahrd left hand turn sometimes, and the problem was my handle bar were turned too far down and the cable would catch on the bars mounting block. all i needed to do was loosen the four bolts and turn the bars back up a lttle. almost hit a tree with this problem on a hard left turn.
if you have had the carbs off and cleaned them then spray some white lithium grease on the throttle return spring have found that it helps

seems like this is a very normal problem and is nothing for me to worry about so i guess i'll just leave it be.

I've run across this fast idle problem right after I put on a set of PI end dumps. The only thing I've done to the carbs is to increase the MJ one size and raise the needle from 2.0 to 3.0. I was thinking that I've raised the needles too far and there is too much fuel left over after a throttle blip, I was thinking of dropping it to 2.5. But from what others have said it's a lean problem not a too rich problem. Momemtarily closing the choke brings the idle down too. Could it be that my pilot jets are too lean and I need to increase them or will opening up my fuel screws help? Any other ideas?
