Stripped steering pivot bolt

Anybody ever had this bolt strip? I felt my steering getting loose and it turns out the bolt was loose. I tightened and moved the steering and its loosened right back up. I'm hoping to get a longer bolt to put in it too engage so less worn threads. Anybody else got any other ideas?? Sounds like a good reason for a power rack if I could only find a used one.

Heli-Coil, and the last one I did, was in the trailer with the tripples installed. Never had one strip after installing the Heli-Coil.
