Speaking of seats.
I can't stand the flap on the back of mine. It is the velcro only type and leaks like a sive.
Anyone modify them with the retaining clips the newer than '97 sleds have?

Buy the clip system that Yamaha sells for $6? I added one on my 98 vamx and it kept the snow out pretty good. Easy to install, two marked cuts and snap it together and thats it. I don't havethe book here, just go to their site and look.

Cool. I spent nearly 1/2 a hour looking thru maybe 15 different sleds of differing model years. Only 1 referenced the clips but did not have a part number for it.
Viper7MI we should get together sometime I am in Livonia nearly every day as I work that way. Even hit 105 on 696 his afternoon since traffic was light.
