attaching pictures in posts???

Could someone please help me with putting images in posts??? I am clueless! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

first you have to host it on another site then past the url in your post.
i use photobucket.com

Click the 'manage attachments' button at the bottom. Must be smaller than 800x600 I think.
