they look like an srv. i think they are just that, SRV's. am I wrong anybody?

no srv was similar to the ss,i had an 87 back in the day,stock for stock it would run away from the exciter,i sold it and bought an exciter(ported it,head,y pipe) and made short work of the vmax, liked it though.the bender pics are not an 83 as the heading states, they are 86+.the others are 83.

The vmaxs looked very different from an SRV. The vmax had a flip up headlight, big air inlet for the radiator, and exposed TSS. The vmax's also had a different rear skid. Although the SRV and Vmax did share the same handle bars and gauge assembly though.

Thanks guys. I'm actually looking to purchase one. I'd like one of hte newer years with the gold lightning bolt style graphics and burgundy checkered seat, canadian model preferrably. Let me know if you know of any.
