Hey guys thanks.
I found this interesting tread on the blaster if u guys can take a look at it. He drilled extra boost ports???

Well i just ordered up the 4mm stroker crank assembly. Could not pass up the price it will bump me up too 211cc and with the wiseco piston up to 215-220cc. Im gona dyno the bike when its all done at a shop here and see what kinds of number i can pull.
But does anyone on this board do cyl head reshaping?

you understand that all your port timing changes as you stroke the crankshaft right?
No offense intended, but I think ya should stick to just porting and learning how to correct the engine design before you throw too many left handed monkey wrench's(stroking cranks and timing changes) in the mix, at least for now while your beginning.
you have some good information posted here and follow the mac dizzy stuff, its all good, pay attention to the boost holes and added ports like he shows, its a big power increase, thats what I was reffering to in my first post to you about piston mods and boost holes.
keep the engine kinda basic for learning, you can then step it up as you go and learn more.

Only prob is i need to change the lower con rod bearing and for me to get it pressed out and so forth its the same as the crank. Is there a easy way of spreading the crank apart???
the only way to change the rod bearing is to press apart the crank.
I think you might have stroking the crank and a longer rod confused with each other, when you stroke a crank you move the lower pin location, thus giving it a longer stroke, if you just replace the rod with a longer one, all it does is change the rod angle and the thrust placement on the piston, along with the compression height in general terms. This requires a piston with a differnt wrist pin location as to keep the piston in the cylinder at TDC.
When you stroke a crank you make the lower dowel pin hole larger, then machine a offset bushing to press in place of the oversized hole, weld, then repress the crank together. To press a crank it takes a good 25 ton press.

The crank uses a shorter rod and allows me to use a stock piston. I know what ya mean. Im just in a debate weather i just get the stroker or i go and try to find a guy to press it

Or.....check the price on the complete Hot Rod crank / rod assembly from Wiseco for your engine. Maybe USD $135.00 ????

Well looked gonna cost too much so we took the crank and checked it all the specs are ok.
Here is a pic of my exh port.
