Which track?

Hey what do you guys think. I have an 01 SRX and a 98 SX 600. I have a 1.25 ripsaw track not studded and a 1 in hacksaw track with 196 studs. Which track for which sled?
 
well where do you ride? good trails/ good snow I would go with the 1.25. but without any studs it can get a little squirly on ice and wiped out corners...
 
I ride the SRX more often than the SX. Mostly trail riding on hardpacked and not so much in the loose powder. Most of our riding is done in the Houghton Lake and Atlanta/Onaway area. We occasionally will jump out on the lake and drag a little with each other, but nothing to serious.
 
I would definitely go with the 1.25 on the sx IMO. but you will lose a little top end with the larger lug.

Put the hacksaw on the SRX and the ripsaw on the SX. You'll have better hook up with the studded hacksaw and not loose any top end and the ripsaw will give that SX great traction and you probably won't even need studs. Just my thoughts but I'd put the better track (hacksaw) on the more powerful sled (SRX).

I agree. I love the hacksaw on my srx with 192 studs.
 
I agree too. Put the hacksaw on the srx. I put a 1.25 predator w/ 192 1.325's changed to 8 tooth drivers and regeared. It's an animal but alot of extra work and top end is sacrificed. Best radar I've had is 107 but I get there fast.
