I was thinking on lowereing my suspension with straps so i can drag race it this coming weekend, can anyone recomend this? i seen others do it and it seems to give them a good holeshot. was gonna tie down the front and rear skid to about 2" of travel left (rules say must have this much). Has anyone h ere done this? is there anything special I should do about angles or transfer adjustments? do you think it will give me a better holeshot? right now when i start off the front of the sled goes up in the air, no matter how i adjust the transfer or preload of rear shocks.......

I've never done this personally but the Mrs was telling me she tried it back in college when she was just experimenting and a little wild. First thing is to get straps that are firm yet comfortable.....
Er ah.... you said strapping down not strapping on.
Nevermind
