87 Exciter clutch

I'm looking at a 87 Exciter that needs a clutch. I have a 79 Arctic Cat Jag with a good aftermarket clutch (not sure what kind). Can I use that on the Exciter?

a comet 102c is a great aftermarket clutch for them but not sure on the AC shaft or taper....Larry at NCY might know. 715-453-2626.

I don't know much about these sleds...Is this a decent sled? Reliable? It's apparently bored .030 and has performance exhaust...just needs a clutch.
Opinions?

They had some carb issues that cuased me many head aches but once you over come that and get them clutched right, they where fun.
