I want to change my chain case oil on my 99 vmax.What oil should I use, preferably synthetic.

i use shell advance full synthetic chain case oil. i'm happy with it no issues. had a phazer with that oil in it and i never changed it for like 3 or 4 seasons and it still looked good when i finally changed it.
Most any name brand oils will be fine, I have been using Amsoil with good success. But most importantly is simply changing it, you should do it yearly.scar said:I want to change my chain case oil on my 99 vmax.What oil should I use, preferably synthetic.
If It have never been changed I would recommend draining and pulling the cover off to clean it out real good, you will be amazed with the amount of crap and metal particles you will find.
