there is a Yammie number for it, you'll need to find a 97' 98' 99' accesory book

I've been using Russell. They have the banjo fittings and the metric bolt needed for the conversion. I have the part numbers if you want them. Nice thing about Russell, (maybe others too) is you can order the long hose to accomodate a riser.

does it make that big of a difference? thinking I want more brakes for next winter on the old viper
and I am with maxdlx, hiperf has some cheap ones

I put one on my sled because I went up 4.5" with the bars. I will say that the 1st time I squeezed the brake I nearly ended up on my hood. Much better lever feel......

i dont have a problem with the product, it seems like good quality. its their customer service. i didnt want to use the one with banjo fitting that i recieved (misboxed) i wanted the factory style and they said send it back next day air then they would send me the correct one and refund me the shipping. i was reluctant because i had a trip planned in 3 days and needed the line asap. i was just going to buy another one to make sure i had it. i was assured that i would recieve the new one in 2 days. it took 4 weeks and 10+ phone calls and was lied to every time hearing its on the way. i finally got a tracking # and they shipped it the day after my last call! i never was refunded the $18 for the shipping either (which they told me to do!, i would never ship next day air!). i talked to them today and they said the check is on the way. im not holding my breath!TopGunnSrx said:Streamline makes great lines. The original Yamaha part number was made by Rusell very nice piece clear coated at the proper points, makes the brakes feel much more positive.
thanks again everyone for the information. I'm pretty sure that I am buying a used attack with under 1000 miles if i can find someone that wants my 7000 dollars. But i do need to take care of my brakes on the SX before i put it away. Not sure if I am just going to put new pads on and change fluid or do the line also. One of my kids will be on the SX sometime so i will make sure its good to go......... unless someone wants a completly gone through from front to back SX for 2700.........
