Polishing questions

Can the stock trailing arms and radius rods be polished? What exactly are they made of? I have already polished alot under the hood, and my tunnel is currently stripped, but noticed that i haven't seen anyone on here polish the stock front end. Just thought i'd ask.

Nope, they are steel.

If you want a polished front end, I know the BTV is selling a cromed front end right now or you could go with an aluminum front end.
