Tracks USA 136" Kit

Question for anyone who has extended to a 136" viper.....Does your sled fit in a 10' enclosed trailer??? Or is it too long??

i have the short extension and my sled fits on my 10' trailer. if it was the longer extension it wouldnt fit. my attak is a bit longer than my extended viper and i dont think that it would fit in an enclosed 10' because the bumper hangs off the back of my trailer a bit.

maxx perf. they went out of business, but you might be able to find one somewhere. its the only 7.5" extension that i know of. try www.richmotorsports.com

What track are you going to use with this conversion? How long is the tunnel extension? I was glad to see it was tappered on the sides. I wouldnt think it will be too difficult to cut in the holes for the coolant hoses. Keep us posted on your conversion.

I did the tracks usa 144 conversion last year. It worked great and looked great to. I used the 1.5" cross country track. I installed a rear cooler and just drilled my own holes for the cooler. Easy!

The tunnel extension that I have can be placed anywhere you want. It can have as much or as little overlap as you desire.

i have the tunnel extension from tracks usa and put it on a viper and mounted a cooler . yes there was some fab work and customising. it looks awesome and i posted a while ago about where you can get the hose covers for real cheap and they are the same as factory. i can see if i can find the old pics since sled is in storage. but the pics are before all ends cleaned up and then polished. now i have the correct hoses and hose covers. and it looks factory if you ask me. but i would just buy the kit next time that has everything and not screw around with it.

yes it was 136 and i will try to find some

these pics are before i cleaned it up and put the hose covers on it. i just drilled out the stock viper rear tunnel piece then cut out the rear of the tracks usa tunnel and then notched for the heat exchanger ends then riveted it in. some people dont like the track tunnel because it goes over the outside of your stock tunnel unlike some other ones. once the hose covers are on you cant tell. i still havent put the real hoses on it yet even though i have them. Cheap fab if you dont want to spend the extra money for the hoses.

Here is a pic of my sled with a maxximum extention and track usa a rail kit. I do have the srx heat exchanger in it also. I have removed the braided hose cover and I'm having some polished aluminum covers made.

for those of you considering a mpi 136 kit. here is a few pics of mine on my viper. i can get measurements if anyone needs them. i got everything from rich, can't remember the prices but it was the best deal out of all kits.

OK, I just purchased the tracks USA 136" extension package......Now I have a Fall project.

Anyone know how long the hyfax slides need to be for the 136" track??

just installed a Hartman kit........very happy with the result
