Funny thing is, that post is not much different from normal for you, or at least it took the same effort to read anyway.

You do seem to drop entire words when you're drunk though.

Sorry, back on topic.

I had one that looked just like that. Learn from my mistake, change it now. I put mine through the clutch cover, powermadd box, belly pan, hood, gauge pod, console, footrest, and bent the hell out of the secondary. HUGE mess!

I don't know how long it will last but I don't want to be near it when it comes apart.................
We were grass dragging once, I was standing at the line, the sled next to be was a ski doo mod, I was standing there with my back to it. He had that thing coming in at like 6500, so the light turns green, our sled leaves, I heard something like a gun shot behind me and something hit me in the back of the leg, I turn around and this guys 108 had exploded. Because he had a reinforced belt guard the pieces came out the side, blew the belly pan apart and part of the hood, what hit me was a third of the clutch cover. All that was left on the sled was the center post. I don't think I'd even start that sled with that clutch on it.

That is why i am trying to figure ot what causes such a problem! Sled looks good, Starts up on a 1/2 pull (honest) Maybe a improper removal process? Just guessing! How much is a good used primary?daman said:Wow pretty low miles for a crack like that...Gezzzzz

How's the alinment of the clutches??? mabie they overheated..dunno

most likely caused by excess heat from belt slippage, improper alignment, etc.
oops- daman beat me to it!

thats a heat crack, what belt was on it???? That is a 97 therefore if it has a 8DN an didn't get the updates to the weights(as none of them did) it was slipping and ran hot. I have clutches, call me 847 356 3245
