i pick up an er kit for chaep on ebay and i think it is set up for a sxr or viper, i need to set it up for a 97 600 twin where do i start? i looked at a couple of past post on this a somone said to take your stock helix angle and drop it by 4 degrees is that correct? then what do i do as far a springs?

600 twin? 42-38 or a straight 40 polaris sil-blu or a Goodwin black.

i want to set it up for acceleration form 0 to 70 ish going 100 + isnt really my thing. so any help there would be great
what helix is in it and spring. I may be interested. Maxdlx

you could maybe get away with 2 deg more than what I said originally, but on a 600 twin that would be about it. But like I said before, if you know what helix you have, drop 4 deg with the springs I listed and its close.
