I think I found out what the problem was. While removing the oil/throttle/brake cable I found where the bracket that holds the oil cable in place down near the oil pump had busted. I believe that since my oil cable was now free to move it was not allowing the oil cable to fully pull the oil pump pully. Which is what I think led to my lack of lubrication and corresponding blown crank, center piston, and center cylinder.
