I tried in on my modded exciter II sx. There are about 5 settings and the temp difference has to be 20-30 degrees F to change the setting. With these you need a screw driver to adjust the setting which takes awhile. The few times i changed the setting the sled went awhile and stalled out, because it was to rich or too lean. Usually only works well on one setting, but is kind of rich. I ended up switching to back to stock jetting and it was much less confusing. These might work well if you have hours to mess with the sled before each ride or if you race but otherwise not for the trail rider. Also cost me 7 hours of dealer labor to install.
 
I ran a Tempa Flow for one year and never really noticed much of a difference in oil consumption, mileage or performance. Some guys swear by them, and I could have sworn my was hooked up and working correctly, but I noticed minimal if any gains. Just my take on things though, others have had great luck with them.
 
I installed ataac on my '02 MM700, rode one week at Revy at end of my season.I have'nt taken it off the trailer since but it ran awesome. I even rolled it, put it right side up, 3 pulls and off to doing more stupid things.
 
SRX600, I suspect u had an older version on your enticer. Anyone have any experinces with the more modern version of Dial-a-Jet? Alot of guys never jet the system 4 sizes smaller like you are supposed too. It will not lean out a machine below the main jetting. I am going to start 2 sizes smaller with pipes, and watch the egt's. If it is running rich at the middle setting I will go down to 142.5 from 145, and 150 is sea level jetting for my set up. I just installed it my self in about 1 hour, so a dealer charging 7 hours, well you got screwed. Maxdlx
 
I ran them on my SRX, I ended up jetting down 5 or 6 jets. They work well except in deep snow. I even ran the powderfilters and they would get plugged and go full rich.Overall a good product but with the atacc now thier isn't another alternative............SRXtreme
 
I've used both the Dial-a-Jets and the Temp-a-flow. The temp-a-flow works better and is automatic. Set it and forget it. The dial-a-jet require tweaking every time the temperature changes.
 
SRXtreme did you run the snorkel kit? I have one and I am thinking about putting it on my trail SRX which is stock. And are the that finicky?
 
I've been running the Tempa Flow. Once I got it set up I read the plugs
at -15 degrees and at 35 degrees. Both times nice light brown.
 
Dail a jet users,
where did you drill the hole for the dial a jet? carb throut or rubber boot that feeds into Alum carb throut. I have a piped viper and does not look like much room to install dial a jet.
