1993 Exciter SX

So, thoughts on the price range for a '93 Exciter SX with 4400 miles and no cosmetic damage (no cracks in plastic, no tears in seat; looks good from pics)?

I am a sucker for the older TSS sleds (I have an 02 SRX and I love it; but soemthing about the old TSS sleds, lightweight, etc.).

I have always wanted a '93 SX and then strip the orange/red graphics and place the gray/gold scheme on from that same model year.

Thoughts?

love that sled, I put a 600 in mine whenI had it. If it is mint, it's probably a $1000 piece, I've seen them around here in that range as well as mint. I'm just like you, there was one on 176 just east of Lamb's Farm, (just south of great america) on sitting on a trailer, I drove past it, said what the hell, went back, I could have had it for like $800, it was a 9.5 but it had alot of miles on it, but it was still clean. Luckily I didn't have the cash on me or it would have been in the truck. Just something about those sleds...................I still have 2 pogo sleds

My cuz just sold his Exiter SX really good condition 5000km he sold it for $1200 Canadian..I think he should of got more for it, the only thing I didn,t like about this sled, it needed studs very crazy to drive without studs, spinning and sideways all the time ...

I hear ya man! I can't part with my Phazer II. I paid $1600 Canadian last year for it, but it was mint with only 2400 kms on it. I can't part with it because it's in better shape now than when I bought it, and I wouldn't want to let it go for anything less than I got it for. It's hard to get much more than 1000 for the PZ II's now I would assume.
