I have a 1200XL ltd. The sponson tore off the side, bolts and all.
I drilled thru the outer hull and welded hex head bolts to the metal plate and re fiberglassed. It lasted about a week and tore off again. Any help

hmmm, tough one. try looking on rivaforums.com, alot of guys on there that know alot about waverunners. its a forum like ty but just for pwcs.

only thing i could think it would be would be if they were not adjusted the same and one was taking too much pressure.
