wanted mature riding partner(s)(s/e mich)

Sorry, man I forgot that those are listed. I haven't used them in months, due to the boss blocked them here in the office and I rarely use the computer at home. AIM is SOL so I'm PO'd. I got to stick to TY PM so I don't get 86'd in the AM on MON and that would be FUBAR. It's Fri. I'm a little stir crazy.

old ski-hill

hey ViperTom, could you post directions to that old ski-hill you mentioned, as well as any other similar areas around Gaylord?! thankx

Ok....I can't let out all my secrets but since the ski hill is about as good as it gets here in northern Michigan I'll share.

Its real easy to find by trail. Take trail 76 north out of Elmira (Larrys bar)....watch out...its NEVER groomed and as rough a trail as you will ever find. When you get to County Rd. 48 which I believe is called Hanson Rd. turn left and follow the road maybe 1/2 mile or so to Slashing Rd. and turn right. The hills are a couple hundred yards down on the left. CAUTION......ride there at you own risk....Its not posted "No Trespassing" and no one has ever asked us to leave but I'm sure if we abuse the area we will get kicked out.

Enjoy!!!!!!

Tom

I think I know where you are talking about, sounds like a blast.I will have to hook up with the south eastern Mi guys somewhere on US127 or 75 at Clare.
A group of 10-15 riders would be awesome, for sure let me now if anyone is going to Houghton Hancock ride in Dec.......later
