Viper skid into SRX?

my buddy wants to put a Viper 144" skid into his 98 SRX shorty, I did a search and couldn't come up with anything, has anyone done this kind of conversion or does anyone have any tips on doing it?

You'll need a tunnel extension kit and a mountain max rear heat exchanger other than that it should be a straight up swap.

could a 1.5" track fit without rolling the chaincase?

1.5" should fit with the stock 9 tooth drivers. Have to pull the tunnel/heat exchanger protectors. You can make the stock srx rear exchanger work in the new tunnel extension with some fabrication.

The rear suspension should be a staight bolt in swap.
