Wanted Ssr Parts

Hello,
I'm looking for a bottom crank cases, crank and a set of 8HO carbs for my 78 SSR. If you know anyone that has any of this stuff please email me. Thanks Dean-o :rulez:

post pics of the ssr as it is sweet, and bump your topic to the top of the list in the forum :)
 
I just bought it a week ago. I need a crank and cases, carbs and heads. Anyone know of anyone or a any parts. I'll get some pics out soon.Dean-o
 
congrats on the purchase, it is a rare sled :) dad has some fun sleds too, a 76 340 srx with the gyt fuel injection and a 72 thunder-jet 650 that he bought in like 76 and had ever since :) gotta love the old racing sleds :)
 
small world, i just went and looked at that sled you purchased off jeff,there was just too many correct parts missing off the sled unfortunatly.i will keep you in mind if i buy more ssr parts or complete sleds.
 
Are you willing to disclose what you paid for the SSR and what shape it is in? Sorry if this is a dumb question but, I like to keep current incase I decide to sell mine.
I have new 8HO heads in the box and a set of carbs but I could not bring myself to selling them...

I sold a ssr lower end to a guy in IL Last year. He might part with it, I am not sure. PM me if you want his number.

I am on my way to completeing an ssr myself. I have a few parts for trade, but i still need some too. Especially carbs! let me know if you decide to part with yours 8HO.
