WTB Carb screw 78 ET-250 and other parts

I am looking to buy a good carb or just the screw that goes into bottom of carb for my son's 78 ET 250. He is finally old enough to ride it. I also need the slide spring for suspension, hyfax and a new rear shock. I picked it up for $150. Put a new coil on it pulled it about 10 times and it fired but would run kinda rough. It has been sitting about 3 years. Gas tank was bad so I installed a poly go-cart tank and will be doing pre-mix. How should I block off oil line?
