Cleaning out the shop again. Anyone here know what model a Yamaha 8F2-17641-RA-CE belt would be for?

I cant find it in our system? must be an older belt is it.

The 8F2-17641-00-00 and 8F2-17641-01-00 belts were used on many of the SS, SRX, and EX models from '76 thru the early '80's. I really don't know but the last 2 parts of the part number spell out RACE. Is it possible that this was a racing version of that belt?

that belt is the same size as the standard yamaha belt used in every '70's yamaha and most 80's yamaha's. It is designed to handle higher h.p. engines. I used to use them on my race sleds.
