Try this link; www.collett@collettcommunicators.com. Our group of ( 9 seders, 6 yamies, 1 doo, 2 pol ), all use them 2nd and the 3rd generation Colette’s. All work great. Saved a few smashed sleds and injuries...I had issue with 2 out of my 3 units. E-mail collett and within a few days replacement headset speakers and a battery was at my door. Now my set is 4 seasons old and they are still as good as new. Performance wise, like anything else your limited to; ( a little static under power line- the big one's like you would find from a power dam...mountains and valley's- if on either side with a high hill, you know what I mean...and machine-run a resistor type sparkplug, and you are good...now not all groomers have the beacon installed-yes most groomers have a beacon signal transmitter and the collett brands have this signal matched, and when a groomer is around a bend you hear a screech/ping in your helmet-means, get off the thumb peddle. Good luck-remember keep the track side down.
