i just needed some info..
i just bought the 2005 yamaha team fxr jacket.. im 5 foot 6 and it comes a bit past my waist.the guy i bought it off of said it was a good winterjacket and that he used it to ride and stayed warm.. it just seems a little weird..the main jackey seems thin and then the fleece lining inside is there...should this be warm enough for winter?
well thanks for the help

there are many different styles... is it a race jacket? If so, the race jackets are not very warm and would not be ideal for an all day ride in very cold conditions.
I rode with mine last year out of Lando Lakes Wi, with a t shirt, and a sweatshirt, and was sweating. Oh yeah it was -20 when we left. If you ride the least bit aggresive, you will be opening the vents to let air in. Maxdlx

Alot of the race jackets are warm as long as you are moving, but they are not that warm standing around....
