On the SX 500 pistons there are a little hole in the back side, but on the wiseco pistons there are no hole, does this matter? after assembly the engine it does not run on higher rpm than idle (1200rpm) it sound like its to lean. anybody noticed this before?

You question is a little unclear.
Did you replace pistons and had the motor apart. After re-assembling the motor does not idle.
If you had the carbs off you may have a TORS problem.
Your throttle cable my be out of adjustment, you may have an air leak.
Provide some more infrmation.

The hole you mention is it about half way down the skirt? If so that is pointing at the intake not the exhaust and is for lubricating the rod bearing/cooling that area.
