What's better? Please give as much info (pros/cons/experience) as possible in regard to these devices. (For a '97 600 sx.)

Thanks!

Alot of negatives by some respected posters on the Tempa Flow with regards to triple pipe hot rods. Heat soak on airbox is a potential problem, there is a valve bypass mod that allows you to manually compensate for the "first mile after a stop issue" There is also a module mounting mod that has worked for some. Search posts for Tempa Flow and you will find a bunch of info. Just so you know, I purchased one even after reading through the posts, my sgl pipe vmax 600 xt needs the mpg and performance gain and heat not nearly the issue as with the bigger displacement sleds.
my 2 cents

Use a Vari-flow. same as tempa-flow, just that you adjust it manually. I have a Vari-flow on my Polaris and dial-a-jets on my Yamaha. The vari-flow is adjusted on the fly with a dash switch. The dial-a-jets you have to pull over and open the hood. The only safe way to run any of these units correctly is with exhaust temperature gauges. Jeff Wurl
