Now i have test HC and almoust dialed her in. I have 4.85g on heel and ~5g on tip. 50/38 green @ 70deg.
Sled is Trail ported SRX 800, 144", 8 tooth, 21/41 gears, Stock pipes.
So my testing is still going on but i think this set-up is too agressive for free ride. I mean back-shift is too fast... Or maybe i need to get use to it.
Would like to hear others experiements as well.

I wouldnt put too much into those instructions, the set ups in there are mediocre at best, they leave alot to be desired. H/c's work great when set up properly. Reimond your set up so far sounds good, you just have to get used to what good clutching feels like.... does it over rev on topend/ I think you may be able to pull some more tip weight, whats your rpm on a long run? you have steep gearing, this will allow you to run more clutch weight.
