8ek/13.9 & 17.2 - which rivet is the inner and which is the outer?

for a viper the 13.9 is inner the 17.2 is outer. Maxdlx

There was some discussion about this when the Viper first came out. My 02 came from the factory with 13.9 inner 17.2 outer. Which is also what the factory service manual says.
The 8EK weight force really tapers off on the high end. So Viper's tend to over-rev on the top end. Installing the lighter rivit in the outer hole usually makes the top end over-rev worse, ( with 8EK weights and stock secondary clutching).
