transfer rods

Just wondering how well those transfer rods work?

you won't be sorry if you get them they work great.They are pretty much all the same,royal distrbuting made the least user friendly to adjust.

I just got a set from mountain performance. They look sweet cant wait to try them. Well worth the money from what I have heard

what about the mod that you can do to make them from the stock rods. anyone try those?

Now your thinking.Stock rods have wat 1 inch gap i think?Aftermarket 11/2 maybie!Thats the differance except you can close it up when you want for less transfer?Move the top washer thats welded on your rods up for a 2 inch gap and add those white shims for desired transfer gap or use a few of those washers that you will need when you cut off the two you are moving.Saves money and wieght.

This is a good mod!It costs nothing and will make your sled transfer!The hardest thing is finding the same size washer that slips over the rod.Any welder can make it up in 20 minites top.
